We accept credit card payments and Paypal.
Shipping
Which shipping methods do you provide?
We ship via registered air mail of the Turkish Post from Istanbul-Turkey. As soon as your parcel is in the mail, we provide you the tracking number. If you prefer a more faster shipping option, we also offer Express Mail which delivers in 3 days but more expensive compared to regular air mail.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do.
How long does it take to deliver?
Delivery of parcels to US takes about 2 weeks via Registered Air Mail. It takes less to European countries.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel is in the mail, we will provide you the tracking number. While your parcel can be tracked from the website of the postal service in your country, we will also try to give you updates about the latest status of your parcel.
Orders & Returns
Do I need an account to place an order?
No you do not.
Can I return an item?
Of course! If your item arrived damaged or didn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Please let us know if you’d like to proceed with a return so we can provide you with the return address.
