Boundary layer spill cover tags were cut from a cover panel used during the maintenance of the MiG-21s. The panel had the 212 number written on it, indicating that it was used on the former Yugoslav AF MiG-21bis c/n: 75083814 (Yugoslav AF number 17212) which was shot down during a combat mission by Croat forces in 1991. It was the first combat loss a Yugoslav MiG-21.
